Our smart garage door control devices can connect to your existing Liftmaster or Chamberlain Garage Door opener and integrate with your smart home security system. This will allow you to use the alarm.com mobile app to open or close your garage door from anywhere in the world, receive notifications if your garage door was left open, check in on the app to see if the garage door is currently open or closed, and automatically close the garage door when the security system is armed.
Using the alarm.com app this will allow you to wirelessly control dimming lights, schedule a timed event or create a custom scene from anywhere in the world. This also helps to cut energy costs by automatically turning off the light when you arm your system. This device also has a horizontal design to keep one outlet free.
This is a fully-dimmable, LED screw-in light bulb that gives the equivalent lighting to a regular 60-watt bulb but only uses 9 watts of energy and has an apprx. 20+ year lifespan. With the smart light bulb you can wirelessly turn on, off, or use the dimming features to control the bulb from anywhere with your alarm.com app. The light bulb also integrates with the rest of your smart security system allowing you to set different rules or use it in your custom created scenes. For example you can have the bulb turn on automatically when you come home or turn off when you are your security system to the “away” mode.
Using the alarm.com app you can control all lights connected to the light switch from anywhere. The light switch comes in both dimmable and non-dimmable options. This helps cut energy costs as it is integrated with your smart home system and allows you to set rules to turn off your lights when no one is home. You can also set schedules for your lights to make it seem like your home when away on vacation.
Our smart locks allow you to open or lock your door using your smartphone, regardless of your physical location. This is not only beneficial for times that you’re not quite sure whether or not you locked the door, but is great for granting access to an employee, no matter where you are in the world. By simply using an app on your phone, you can achieve various important functions. For example, since the app is integrated with the security system, you can set specific rules, such as you can have the door automatically lock after arming the security system and closing your business for the day.
Control your thermostat from the alarm.com app from anywhere! Have your thermostat automatically set back when the system is armed away, or pause if smoke or carbon monoxide is detected to limit the circulation of fumes. Manage temperature settings with automated schedules or custom schedules you set. Your thermostat can use real-time weather data to adjust your temperature settings to save energy and money on extremely hot or cold days.
With a smart doorbell camera, you can answer your door remotely, whether you’re home or not! You will be able to see, hear, and talk to your visitors while also granting access or locking your door’s smart lock, all from the same screen. Your doorbell camera will also record a short clip anytime someone rings your doorbell in case you were too busy to answer the door so you can always review who was at your door later on. The doorbell camera can also be watched anytime from your smartphone so if you want to check and see if a package arrived you can easily take a quick look and see if anything was left on your porch.
