Your home or business is protected and stays protected. Our monitoring teams continue to work 24/7 around the clock so that you can rest easy. Our customer support team is on call to respond to your needs, and to help you increase security measures for your home or business if desired. Due to the COVID pandemic, lock downs, social distancing restrictions, and quarantine rules – we have less staff working than normal. There may be some delays to response times and longer hold times when we are handling high volumes of calls and/or alarms.
Your safety and the safety of our staff is our highest priority. The majority of our technicians and office staff have now been fully vaccinated with a Health Canada approved vaccine. If one of our technicians needs to come out to your home or business, we will follow social distancing guidelines. We’re equipped with masks and sanitizing equipment for our tools and team members. For any on site visits we ask that you confirm that no one in your home has any symptoms of COVID-19 and that all family members/employees follow social distancing guidelines by keeping their distance from our technician.
