The Libris can learn and understand your movements, so it knows when something out of the ordinary occurs because of the many sensors built into the device and programmed to recognize a true fall. When a fall is detected, the device connects straight to an emergency operator and provides two-way communication directly through the device. From there, an emergency operator will be able to assess the situation and find you through your GPS tracking.
Using 4G/LTE cellular service, your Libris 2 is equipped with significant coverage in order to assure that the monitoring centres can receive emergency signals and contact you through the device regardless of where you are. The on-board GPS and location-based services built into the medical alert device will help emergency operators pinpoint your location, no matter where you venture. Fall Detection
Using four built in fall sensors (more than any other fall detection device) and frequent updates that sense falls based on real human falls, the Libris 2 fall detection device can more accurately recognize a fall, versus if the device is simply dropped. The fall detector is designed with state-of-the-art technology for precise sensitivity and higher reliability. The device can be worn around the user’s neck or as a belt clip for fall detection.
When a fall is detected, the Libris 2 will automatically call and connect with a live monitoring centre operator through your devices two-way communication speaker. From there, the emergency operator will be able to see your location and assess the situation and the level of help needed. If someone is unconscious or the individual using the device confirms they need help the emergency operator can urgently send the help needed.
Caregiver Portal
EverThere is a cloud-based portal that integrates with the Libris 2 to provide a user-friendly, comprehensive dashboard for those managing the health and safety of loved ones using the Libris 2. Here you will find all data and history reported from the life safety device. This allows 24/7 real-time activity monitoring as well as location history. You may also setup personalized event notifications so that you can be notified if an important event occurs.
